David Brown Commercial, a leading commercial property agency in Derbyshire, is delighted to announce the successful new lettings of Units 2 and 3 at Northedge Business Park in Alfreton Road in Derby.

The new occupiers are an existing tenant on site, RJ Engineering, who are taking on additional space to meet demand and a growing order book. RJ Engineering are Precision Engineers specialising in the manufacture of Nuclear, Aerospace & Defence, Tooling, Jigs, Fixturing and general Fabrication work

David Brown Commercial, known for its expertise in the local commercial property market, co-ordinated the lease on behalf of Morgan Industrial Properties Ltd the owner and developer of Northedge Business Park.
