David Brown Commercial, known for its expertise in the local commercial property market, co-ordinated the lease on behalf of a private pension fund client.

Michael Green, Director at David Brown Commercial, secured the letting following a successful marketing period. Michael commented: “We are delighted to have secured an established tenant for our client. The Stables is a community of businesses who value the location on the edge of the park and the quality and character of the business units. The location is a good fit for Martyn’s framing business. I wish Martyn and his family all the best for the future, both with the framing business and the new café”
