Derby property agents David Brown Commercial are delighted to announce that Ashley Elliott has passed the professional assessment process of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is now a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.

Ashley graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with First Class honours in June 2025 and continues to work from the company’s Iron Gate offices as a commercial property specialist, providing a range of agency and professional services to both private and corporate clients.

“I have been working towards my APC for the last two years but this really represents the culmination of a seven year training programme with the company.  I am delighted to have achieved my long-term goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.”
