The days when a valuation report was simply about the final figure are behind us. Clients nowadays, be they financial institutions, pension funds or private individuals and companies, rightly expect to be able to fully understand the approach taken by the valuer and that a clear, logical and analytical path has been followed to arrive at the valuation figure, with reference to up to date market intelligence.

All of our valuation reports are prepared with strict adherence to these principles and are checked by two RICS Registered Valuers. This ensures that the prior to issue our reports undergo thorough internal testing to ensure they are accurate and fit for purpose.
