We offer a bespoke service that is tailored to suit the need of each individual client.  Some landlords prefer to leave all management responsibilities to us, whilst others prefer to retain some personal involvement and our fee basis is of course determined in each case by the scope of our role.  However, typically our service encompasses some or all of the foregoing:

  • Collection of all rentals due from the tenants including VAT where applicable.
  • Client rental reconciliation on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Service charge collection / administration.
  • Arrangement of insurance and recovery of premiums from tenants.
  • Arrangement of landlord’s services.
  • Organisation of repairs/renewals.
  • Dealing with all day to day tenant enquiries.
  • Processing tenant requests to sublet/assign & carry out alterations.
  • Site visits to site to check for tenant breaches or encroachments.
